Creating together
What gets made here is made between us, and it begins with a conversation about what is actually in front of you. The shape it takes follows from that: sometimes one session is the whole of it, sometimes the situation asks for more. What comes next is decided together, once there is something real to decide from.
Three shapes it takes
Focused session
When it fitsA decision you are carrying, or a situation that has become hard to read.
How it worksOne conversation, and the work happens inside it. Nothing is prepared in advance and nothing is delivered afterwards.
What you leave withA clearer reading of your own situation, and one thing you can act on.
Systemic review
When it fitsA team, a business or a family structure, where the question is about how the parts hold together.
How it worksA short questionnaire first, so the session starts from the real shape of things, then one longer conversation.
What you leave withA written focus document: what the structure is doing, and where a change would actually reach.
Continuing work
When it fitsWhen a session opens more than one session can hold.
How it worksA rhythm we set together - a sequence of conversations, support at specific points, or a strategy worked through over time.
What you leave withCapability that stays with you, rather than a dependency on me.
Before we begin
- Terms, duration and participation are agreed personally, before anything starts.
- Scope is clarified in advance, so a session opens from a shared understanding of the question.
- This is advisory work on decisions, structures and systems. It sits alongside medical, psychological and legal advice rather than in place of any of them.
