Research & Systems Architecture
Revealing bridges between ideas and complex systems.
Research into how systems work and how decisions are made, applied in advisory practice.
Current work
The operating structure, the intelligence within, and the knowledge continuum connecting both.
Cognitive envelope
An integrated cognitive envelope that brings intelligence, computation, and action into one coherent operating structure.
Next-generation binary intelligence
A deterministic binary intelligence architecture designed to operate across binary and analog representations, bridging discrete computation with continuous structures.
Library of existence
A unified, extensible knowledge library built in layers to preserve meaning, relations, provenance, and retrieval efficiency.
Research
Everything needed is already present. The work is to discern what matters.
Years of observing how systems hold together, how decisions are made, and how inquiry becomes architecture.
Three questions
- What a decision rests on
- Telling what is essential in a situation from what is merely present.
- How the parts hold together
- The mutual influence between the elements of a system, rather than each element alone.
- What keeps movement coherent
- The conditions under which a course of action stays consistent while the situation changes.
Collaborations
How this work is shared
Different questions call for different forms of collaboration.
- Advisory
- A decision or a structure that has become difficult to read. Decision-making is the specialisation.
- Research
- Shared work on an open question, where a second perspective or a technical evaluation sharpens the result.
- Partnerships
- Building or extending a system alongside people who carry part of it.
- Investment
- For investors interested in the research, technologies, and ventures emerging from this work.
Articles
The research in the open
Essays and pieces that carry the research further than an index can. Each is published when it is ready.
Value & Worth
Price is an agreement. Value is what a thing does.
Use determines what a thing is, and what it is determines its value.
Change & Stability
Stability is something a system keeps doing
Stability is a rate of adjustment, so rigidity and drift are one failure seen from two sides.
About
Doron Tal
Researcher, Decision-Making Advisor & Systems Architect

I have always been curious about how things work and what moves them: in technological systems, in business processes, and in the relationships between people. What began as a professional path became a practice of distillation and precision - learning to see how information, people, and systems combine, and how those relationships shape the decisions we make.
My background spans forensics, compute systems, business strategy, and NLP-based awareness. Moving across these fields gave me a broad, systemic understanding of how complex structures operate, and how to navigate them with clarity as conditions change.
Language has always been integral to how I build systems. I work as a wordsmith - shaping words, numbers, framing, and structure until meaning becomes precise enough to act on.
Vision
What the work is for.
To enable a person to navigate change by discerning what is right for them, recognising what is already present and acting from within.
Contact
Begin with what matters.
A question worth clarifying. A decision worth examining. A system worth rethinking. A piece of work worth moving forward.
